Comparative Analysis of Water and Oil Media on Temperature Stability in PID Control-Based Digital Thermometer Calibrator

The purpose of developing this tool is add PID control the calibration media where aims regulate stability setting achieved. This achieved by studying evaluating effect on heater LM35DZ sensor. research method uses Arduino Nanosystem for data processing system control. sensor regulated a 2 Channel SSR module using then generated will read displayed LCD. results study, digital thermometer calibrator measurements have been successfully carried out comparing 3 with different brands, namely Omron 343F, 245, ThermoOne. difference in error values oil 3-4% water 2-4% value time 3-3.3 minutes 1-2 hours.
